These hinges come with standard or special holes, or just without holes. If a special hole pattern is needed - we will supply your business with customized hinges.

Our tool shop is well equipped to realize custom designed hinges including offsetting, forming, notching or cranking. Special made boreholes are no problem. Whatever holes you need, we will bring them in.

Franz Holz offers a large line of custom made hinges in a variety of treatments. It doesn’t matter whether it is a round or square blanking, long holes or oval holes to adjust the position of the hinge.

Characteristic for construction of apparatus, such as gaming and fruit machines, are unequal hinge leaves which can also be cranked and a cable pass / admission, to enable a connection between the electronic system inside the door of the machine.

Rounded corners and a welded pin, which avoids the extraction of the pin and therefore provides a secure access to the machine, are further details of hinges for construction of apparatus.

As a matter of course we can make all types of holing. So a hinge can be assembled with regular countersunk screws or perhaps it should be riveted?! In that case the hole will have no countersunk to give the rivet a perfect fit.

The arrangement of the holes is up to you – whether it is a parallel or a staggered one, almost anything is possible.
